My story

My name is Megan Nelson – formerly Megan Reiffenberger – and I grew up swimming competitively. Exercise and writing have always been two big passions of mine, and in 2018, I decided to create Swimming Through Life.
This blog site started as a way to fulfill these two passions of mine, and I began to write about how I navigated through this crazy life – or how I swim through it, if you will.
Now, I write about everything from exercise, healthy eating habits, mental health, milestones, how to become an author, and so much more. Happy to share this journey with you.
