Happy Valentine’s Day!

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! I know many people think this holiday is overrated, but I’ve always enjoyed celebrating this day. It’s the day of love and I love love!

Growing up, I always looked forward to Valentine’s Day in hopes that someone would express their feelings for me and we’d run away in the sunset together. I’ve always had a very wild imagination, and clearly, that fantasy has yet to happen. 😂

Regardless, I’ve always enjoyed seeing others show off their love for their significant others. It makes me excited to someday share those moments with someone special in my life and feel like a princess for a while. Obviously, buying each other gifts isn’t the most important part, but I do like to spoil people and be spoiled myself so, it is a fun part of the holiday!

It was definitely a nice surprise today when I got flowers delivered to work! I was not expecting it at all, and it completely made my day – there may have even been a few happy tears thrown in there! I’ve been seeing someone for a few weeks now, nothing official yet, but I really really like him and I was pretty excited to spend Valentine’s Day with him. He definitely spoiled me, and I could not be happier. 🙂

These made my day!!!

My dad spoiled my mom as well, as he does every year. My parents are the cutest, and someday I hope to be loved the way they love each other. Through thick and thin, no matter what.

My dad gets my mom flowers for multiple occasions throughout the year. He’s such a softy!!

And of course, I can’t forget about my four-legged Valentine, Dobby! My little love nugget is always by my side, and one special little man. I haven’t had him for long, but I can’t imagine what it would be like without him anymore.

I just love him so much!

I think I’ll keep it short and sweet this week so I don’t keep anyone from celebrating this special holiday. I hope everyone was able to feel loved today, and everyday!

Until next time! 🙂
