Exciting news! I have another Author Event coming up on November 14, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The event will be held at the Siouxland Libraries Oak View Branch from 12-4 pm.
There are a few extra events you could attend as well if you desire. On November 13, they will have a Publishing workshop from 1-3 pm with Mary Higgins Clark Award finalist, Mary Honerman. If you’ve written a book or are interested in writing a book someday and would like to publish it, this workshop explores all the traditional publishing avenues and how to submit a query letter. It’s free to attend, but registration is required. Here’s the link to register if you’re interested: Publishing Workshop with Mary Winters | Siouxland Libraries. Should be a fun time!
On the 14th, an hour before the Author Fair begins, there is an Author Roundtable you can attend as well. This is an opportunity to talk with other authors and those who want to be authors and learn from each other. Registration for the roundtable is also required, but also free. Here’s the link for that: Author Round Table | Siouxland Libraries.
The Author Fair itself does not require registration, so feel free to stop by if you’re in the area! The event includes a panel discussion from fellow authors on writer’s block and writing habits, a Keynote address from author, Allen Eskens, and a book fair with over 30 local authors including yours truly!
I’m so excited and thankful to be invited to be a part of this event, and I’m even more thrilled that it doesn’t require ME giving a speech this time. 🙂 I’m excited to network with other authors, see some cool speakers, and hopefully learn a few new things.
If you’re interested in attending, more information on the event can be found here: Author Fair 2026 Siouxland Libraries. Hope to see you there!
Until next time! 🙂
